This seminar will be an instruction on basic self-defense from Coach Butch and Amanda Rinaldi. We will go over true to life scenarios and how to properly escape them. This segment will include both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defense, such as, how to defend against someone trying to pin you to the ground, control you by grabbing your hair etc. Also, we will learn to defend basic punches and review some vital strikes on an attacker.  Learning these tactics will boost your confidence in your ability to get out of potentially threatening situations.  Limited to 25 participants.  Free childcare provided.

Coach Butch is a boxing coach, former Marine and bouncer, while Coach Amanda is a competitive amateur boxer.
