Certified Instructor Elaine Fleischman is back by popular demand for her Beginner's Tai Chi.   Learn exercises to reduce stress and anxiety, create harmony and peace in your life, relieve aches and pains and more.   Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. Limited to 12 participants.

Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit the amount of the class will be applied to you account to be used for future APEC program registration.
