Ages 8 – 12

Stir frying is believed to have originated during the Han Dynasty. This unique cooking technique teaches us to fry ingredients in a small amount of hot oil while being stirred in a wok. Our Young Chefs will cook several delicious vegetables, season them with teriyaki sauce and ginger and serve it over a bed of rice. All materials included.  Limited to 8 participants.
