APECocoa: The Science of Chocolate

Get ready to taste-test your way through a delectably decadent APEC program all about your favorite dessert! From cocoa beans to M&M’s, we will learn the science behind chocolate production, how it affects our brains and the ethics and sustainability of the cacao industry. Consider this registration button your golden ticket to join in the fun. Hot cocoa and molten chocolate dip will be included. Masks must be worn by all adults and children, 2 and up, for the entire program. Proof of vaccination is required for anyone, 5 and up, in order to enter our building. A matching ID will also be required for anyone 18 and up. Spots are limited.
