Bangladeshi Fish Curry Cooking Class - Live Streaming

APEC is happy to welcome back Biny for this live streaming cooking lesson.  In the comfort of your kitchen enjoy a fun, hands on class that will take place via Zoom and celebrates Bangladeshi Fish Curry.  You will be cooking this dish Biny’s favorite way – light, bright, brothy and deeply flavorful.  Use your favorite white fish!   It is easy to make and doesn't require any unusual or hard-to-find spices. You'll be amazed at the depth of flavor you can get in such a short cooking time. When you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation with zoom link to the class and an email with the ingredient list. Recipe will serve four.  Funds raised from this workshop will go towards our animal ambassador care.
