A fan-favorite program is back! We will teach students about bridges and how they are able to support heavy loads without breaking. After learning about these amazing structures, students will make their own bridges, and will then be able to put them to the test to see who constructed the strongest bridge. Some bridges will crumble under the pressure, while others will survive the trials! Students will get to sip hot chocolate and will also see some of APEC’s animal ambassadors! This class involves the use of hot glue guns, but other alternative adhesives can be used if requested at booking. Participants should bring a snack and labeled water. Masks must be worn by all adults and children, 2 and up, for the entire program. Proof of vaccination is required for anyone 5 and up in order to enter our building. A matching ID will also be required for anyone 18 and up. Spots are limited.
