Cocktails and Canapes for Sweethearts
Celebrate a night in by making your own cocktails and canapés. We will blend up 2 cocktails (each with a nonalcoholic version), bursting with flavor and color for a sweet Valentine's Day. You'll learn how to balance flavors and use spices and garnishes to take your beverages to the next level. And you'll whip up two seemingly fancy but super straightforward hors d'oeuvres. Limited to 12 households. Zoom invitation, recipe packet, list of materials and shopping list will be emailed at least 2 weeks prior to this event.

- Pomegranate Mule
- Garlicky Stuffed Mushrooms
- Ginger and Soy Glazed Meatballs
Laura Scheck is the founder of Teaching Table, a culinary education platform that aims to inspire others to cook foods that are better for their bodies, their families, and their communities. Laura was trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute, making her uniquely suited to share her passion for food in an educational way.
