As we all know, being outdoors decreases the risk of spreading COVID-19 significantly. With that in mind, we at APEC are offering new outdoor only programs to continue learning about nature in a safe environment for your children and our staff.

Cooking Outdoors at APEC

Ages 8 -12

Does your child dream about being the next contestant on “Chopped Chef Junior”? Sharpen those culinary skills and register now for our Young Chefs class. This new outdoor program will have your children learning how to cook Zucchini Cakes and Herb Sour Cream dip. Children are required to wear masks during the program and gloves while preparing the meal.  Due to the current situation with COVID-19, there will be NO access to the APEC building or bathrooms. This class will take place entirely outside.

Limited to 8 children.
