Fall Forest Bathing Walk

Saturday, October 22nd, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

Join certified forest therapy guide, Linda Lombardo, on a walk to reconnect with the natural world around us. We will wander the trails, slow down and notice what most of the world simply walks past; the beauty of nature as we appreciate Autumn. Ground yourself and connect with the trees. These walks are slow and easy-going, not a hike. Walk length: 90 minutes; please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes for walking outdoors.

Cancellation Policy

Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit for the amount of the class will be applied to your account to be used for future APEC program registration.
