Cancellation Policy
Missed or Cancelled Classes:
No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs.
If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit the amount of the class will be applied to you account to be used for future APEC program registration.
Refunds will only be applied to multi-session programs if the spot is filled. If the spot in the program is not filled, a credit will be applied to your account. A $25 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded or credited.
Make-Up Policy:
There are NO make-up classes for single session programs.
A make-up session is only offered for children attending multi-session early childhood programs during the Fall, Winter or Spring. Only ONE make-up program is available, regardless of how many classes a child misses.
At the start of the semester, parents will be given a handout with the make-up class date. In order to attend the make-up session, you must notify the Early Childhood Coordinator at (718) 229-4000 ext. 207 to sign up for the class. Notification is required so adequate staff and materials are prepared.
