Getting ready for Fall - Equinox Walk

Sunday, September 12        1 – 3:30 pm

Celebrate the upcoming Fall Equinox, which ushers in the new season, with a guided walk led by Jocelyn Perez,  Herbalists Without Borders (HWB) NYC Queens Chapter Coordinator and local herbalist, naturalist, and conservationist.  She will discuss plant species found in the park, especially those associated with the Equinox and its traditional folklore.  Due to COVID-19 concerns, masks are required. Registration required. Recommended to bring: a notebook and pencil, camera, and water bottle. Limited to 20 participants. 

Ages:  Adults, children and dogs on a leash are welcome  I  Fee: $10 per participant

Cancellation Policy
Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit the amount of the class will be applied to you account to be used for future APEC program registration.
