Lunar New Year Celebration
Tuesday, February 1st, 1:30 – 4:30
Our Lunar New Year celebration will kick off with learning about the ancient legend explaining the animals chosen for the Chinese zodiac. Engaging themed activities include making a fan for retelling the tale, creating confetti poppers in preparation for the Lunar New Year, and more. Some of our own zodiac residents will be on hand for a memorable meet and greet with the group. Children should bring a snack and bottled water. Children will enjoy mandarin oranges during a short nature hike exploring our winter trails, making the afternoon special. Masks must be worn by all adults and children, 2 and up, for the entire program. Proof of vaccination is required for anyone 5 and up in order to enter our building. A matching ID will also be required for anyone 18 and up. Limited spots.
Ages: 6 – 10
Fee: $52 per child
