Mugwort:  Their History and Their Mystery

Thursday, June 17th         7 – 8 pm

Join Jocelyn Perez of Herban Garden as we take a deep dive into the world of Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris).  Mugwort is a plant that has garnered quite a reputation as a magical herb and has been believed to have a deep connection with the human psyche. In this workshop, we will explore Mugwort's ecology, traditional uses, and associated herbal folklore. We will also touch upon its "invasive" status here in New York City, and ways we can mitigate their spread and use them in helpful ways.
