Owl Prowl Night Hike
Friday, Oct. 30th 7:30 – 9:30 pm
Join biologist and naturalist, Ranger Eric Powers, under a full moon, and learn how to identify owls by sight and sound. The program will begin with an exciting presentation, including a live owl. Ranger Eric will then lead a very quiet guided night walk in search of owls and other nighttime wildlife. Flashlights are not needed. This will be an all outdoor program – dress appropriately for the weather. Hot cocoa will be available. Participants are required to wear a mask for the entire program. Pre-registration required. Space is limited to 20 participants.
The program is sponsored, in part, by a grant from the JPB Foundation.
