Restorative Yoga and Meditation Morning

Sam is the founder of Yogadventures. She has been combining art, vinyasa, and mindfulness for over a decade to create a meaningful class experience for people of all ages and abilities. Join her for a morning of gentle vinyasa and meditation. Participants will have the option to close their practice with a writing prompt related to self-care. Bring your mat and bottle of water. Sam’s website is Yogadventures.weebly.com. Spots are limited.

Cancellation Policy
Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit for the amount of the class will be applied to your account to be used for future APEC program registration.
