Let APEC be the “S” in your STEM

As we get closer to the opening of NYC schools, we at APEC understand there are still a number of uncertainties. Whether your children will be remote, blended, or in-school learners, APEC will be offering educational lessons to enhance their science curriculum. Allow us the opportunity to introduce the wonders of nature and science to your children in a unique outdoor setting. 

What APEC is offering:

• Hour long Super Science lessons focusing on the natural world
• Small group setting (limited to 12)
• Engaging science learning to complement your life science objectives – MOSTLY OUTDOORS – in Nature!
• When group is indoors (for a short time), APEC will be exclusively used by our students during that time.  (no public access)
• Safety protocols are in place.  Staff and children are required to wear a mask during the program.
• A safe, fun, and enriching educational environment.
• Experienced APEC educators will lead each group.

There will be two 5-week series this Fall.  You may register your child for one series or both.  The children will meet once a week on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday. Please register your child for the appropriate group based on their grade.  Minimum of 4 children to run program.

Science Explorers – grades 4^th – 6^th

November/December Series 2: 

Tuesdays                   3:00-4:00                        Nov. 3, 10, 17, 24, Dec.1

Fee:   Register for Series 2:     $125 per student                                         

Register both Series 1 AND 2:           $225 per student (register for both series and receive an exciting age-appropriate nature book)
