Science in the Woods - Forest Ecosystem and Food Webs

NYC Parks sponsors a FREE, hands-on science program at the Alley Pond Environmental Center in Douglaston. Explore the forest ecosystem to learn about local plants and animals that make NYC Parks their home. Be prepared for a hike with proper shoes, sunblock, and bug spray. Be sure to bring water for the hike too! Please sign-up for one session since the material will be the same for each date.

Children Ages 8-12 Pre-registration required. Space is limited.
