Self Defense Basics

Join Coaches Butch and Amanda Rinaldi from Butch's Boxing and MMA to learn some basic self defense tactics. Learn important tips on situational awareness and practical responses to physical threats, followed by a Q&A session for improving your “street smarts.” Butch is a former Marine, bouncer, and boxing Coach.  Amanda is a seasoned boxer who has participated in several amateur boxing bouts, winning the title of New Jersey Golden Gloves Champion 2009. All registration fees will be used to care for APEC’s Animal Ambassadors. Pre-registration required. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
