Join Penn Hongthong as she shows you how to make simple, healthy and tasty Thai cooking. Learn how to prepare basil tofu with mushroom and bok choy, ginger pork with red and yellow bell peppers and pineapple red curry chicken. Penn is the author of Simple Laotian Cooking and Healthy Lao Cuisine. The food will be gluten free. There will be tasting after the demonstration. Childcare available upon request. $15
