The Tower Challenge

Ages 7-10

 

Ever wondered how our beautiful city got so tall?  Get ready to take your mind to new heights in this class about the history and physics of skyscraper architecture! You will learn about the engineering power of strong shapes and create several different towers using a variety of building materials.  We will finish with a fan favorite-Jenga!  Who said science couldn’t be fun?! All materials included. Limited to 10 participants. Masks must be worn by all children for the entire program.

Cancellation Policy
Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit the amount of the class will be applied to you account to be used for future APEC program registration.
