Interesting Invertebrates!

Winter Homeschool Group: Ages 9 - 11

Time: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Scientists estimate that 95-97% of known species are invertebrates. We will come to understand their adaptations and see how evolution has shaped them to deal with predation, seasonal changes, and varying environments. Every week we will meet an animal, go on a nature walk and complete a worksheet, craft or experiment. Be sure to dress appropriately for the nature walk every week. Space is limited.

This program is intended to foster independence for your child.  Parents are not permitted in the classroom.  If your child is not ready for a drop-off program, please register for a future session.
