Winter Solstice Yoga Walk

Tuesday, December 21, 3:30 – 4:30 pm

​Let’s take a walk, read a book and learn some yoga poses.  While listening to Jenny’s Winter Walk – A Kids Yoga Winter Book by Giselle Shardlow, we will discover some winter movements and discuss what our animals friends might be doing. Our walk will begin at the front deck of our building. Wear comfortable, warm clothes as we will be engaging in some of the winter yoga poses.  An animal ambassador will delight the children when they return from their walk, for a memorable afternoon. ​Masks must be worn by all adults and children, 2 and up, for the entire program. Proof of vaccination is required for anyone 5 and up in order to enter our building. A matching ID will also be required for anyone 18 and up. Please dress appropriately as the entire program will be outdoors. Spots are limited.  We require 6 participants to run this program.

Ages:  6-8 (drop-off)

Fee:  $20 per child
