Winter Story Walk

Ages 6 -8, drop off

This is the perfect opportunity to get your kids ready for Winter while developing their literacy skills.  Featuring the book “Stranger in the Woods” by Carl R. Sams & Jean Stoick.  The interactive walk will begin at the front of our building (dress appropriately). At various stopping points along the trail, children will gain a deeper knowledge of animals in the forest, how they adapt to Winter and how they react to finding a snowman in the woods!  A few of our animal ambassadors will delight the children back the Center, for a memorable afternoon.  Children are required to wear masks for the entire program. Limited to 8 participants.
