Winter Story Walk

This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the wonders of Winter while developing their literacy skills.  Featuring the book “Stranger in the Woods” by Carl R. Sams & Jean Stoick.  We will start outside so dress for the weather! At various stopping points along the trail, children will gain a deeper knowledge of animals in the forest, how they adapt to Winter and how they react to finding a snowman in the woods!  A few of our animal ambassadors will delight the children back the Center, for a memorable morning.  Space is limited.
