DESCRIPTION:Alley Pond Environmental Center is a nonprofit, environmental education organization in Queens. Since 1976, we have been dedicated to educating children and adults in the New York metropolitan area, protecting and preserving Alley Pond Park, open spaces and waterbodies, and advocating for sustainable environmental policies and practices. 2026 marks our 50th Anniversary! \n  \n  \n We thank you for your continued support over these past 50 years and for celebrating with us during this momentous occasion in our history! \n  \n  \n This year, we are hosting two musical events to celebrate our 50th Anniversary at our center (229-10 Northern Boulevard, Douglaston, NY 11362) \n  \n  \n Sunday Summer Sing Along & Open House: Sunday, August 2nd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm \n  \n  \n Folk & Fun Music Concert: Sunday, November 15th at 3:00 pm \n  \n  \n We hope we can count on you to support these events which allows us to continue to offer the environmental education programs for more than 72,000 children and adults per year.  \n  \n  \n Please feel free to call or email us with any questions you might have at 718-229-4000 or events@alleypond.com.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n All sponsorships cover both events and come with: \n  \n  \n Tickets to the events, signage and/or tabling opportunities at each event, and listing as a sponsor on our Thank You Banner displayed at the events, our center, and on our webpage for one year. \n  \n  \n Orchestrating Osprey Sponsorship ($5,000) - 10 tickets to both events \n  \n  \n Entertaining Egrets Sponsorship ($2,500) - 8 tickets to both events \n  \n  \n Musical Mallards Sponsorship ($1,000) - 6 tickets to both events \n  \n  \n Whacking Woodpeckers Sponsorship ($500) - 4 tickets to both events \n  \n  \n Singing Song Sparrows Sponsorship ($250) - 2 tickets to both events \n
