Can’t quiet your mind? Want to reduce stress in your life? Join Sonia, a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher at APEC for an introduction to Meditation and Reiki. Each participant will be given tools and strategies to implement in their own daily life. Reiki is an alternative method of relaxation and is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and shoulders. Take the first step in your mediation journey! All levels and backgrounds are welcome.
