A good old fashioned Italian meal: cheesy stuffed shells in a delicious Bolognese sauce offers nothing but comfort. This recipe will allow our Young Chefs to make a traditional sauce from Bologna, Italy, mix all the ingredients for the ricotta stuffing, cook the shells, and enjoy this flavorful pasta dish in under 90 minutes. All materials included.  Limited to 8 participants.

Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed programs. If APEC is notified within one week that the registrant cannot attend or if APEC cancels the program, a registration credit the amount of the class will be applied to you account to be used for future APEC program registration.
