Pause to Be Present

Ages 4-6, with one adult

It’s never too early to teach children how to connect with nature and their senses.  Join us as we gather to breathe in the beauty of the natural world and soothe our souls with calming activities and yoga poses.  We will also read a book that introduces children to yoga in nature.  Families will also experience pet therapy during the class!
