Earth Day Forest Bathing Experience
Sunday, May 2 10:30 -12:00
Earth Day is a reminder of our connection to this planet, our home. It is a reminder that we ARE nature and that we belong, along with all living things.
On this 51st Earth Day celebration, join certified forest therapy guide, Linda Lombardo, on a walk to reconnect with the natural world around us. We will wander the trails, slow down and notice what most of the world simply walks past; the beauty of nature waking up to Spring.
We will ground ourselves, connect with the trees and create some nature art together. These walks are always slow and easy-going, not a hike.
Walk length: 90 minutes; please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes for walking outdoors. Bring whatever else you require to feel comfortable: organic bug spray only, please, water, etc. Masks are required. We also practice physical distancing. Limited to 12 participants.
Adults
Fee: $15 per participant
