Alley Pond Environmental Center is a nonprofit, environmental education organization in Queens. Since 1976, we have been dedicated to educating children and adults in the New York metropolitan area, protecting and preserving Alley Pond Park, open spaces and waterbodies, and advocating for sustainable environmental policies and practices. 2026 marks our 50th Anniversary!

This year, we are hosting two musical events to celebrate our 50th Anniversary at our center (229-10 Northern Boulevard, Douglaston, NY 11362)

Sunday Summer Sing Along & Open House: Sunday, August 2nd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Folk & Fun Music Concert: Sunday, November 15th at 3:00 pm

We hope we can count on you to support these events which allows us to continue to offer the environmental education programs for more than 72,000 children and adults per year.
